Please fill out the form to store a payment method and authorize auto-billing for tutoring sessions.

Authorization Terms:

By checking the box to accept the terms, you agree to the following terms regarding your stored payment method:

1. Scheduled Sessions: You authorize X Factory Test Prep to automatically charge your stored card on the day of your scheduled recurring weekly session or scheduled as-needed session.

2a. Billing Amount: Charges will be billed at the rate of $110 or $150* per 1-hour session unless a different rate is agreed upon in writing. Sessions longer than one hour will be billed at $110 per hour or $150* per hour. * The $150 rate applies to individual SAT/ACT tutoring sessions until the student completes through Module 4 of the respective online course.

2b. Supplemental Amounts: Charges billed before the session occurs will be for the session duration indicated in the schedule. When sessions are extended after the initial charge is processed, there will be a supplemental charge for the additional time. As a result, you may be charged twice in one day.

3. Frequency & Triggers: Charges will occur at or after 12:01 am ET on the day of the session. To avoid being charged, cancel or reschedule the session by 10pm ET the night before. Late cancellations, late reschedules,  and no-shows will result in forfeiting the full fee for the appointment.

4. Revocation: You may revoke this Merchant-Initiated Transaction (MIT) authorization at any time. To cancel future automated charges, you must provide written notice to [email protected] at least 48 hours before your next scheduled session or requested booking. If the authorization is revoked, session fees will revert to the standard rate of $115 or $155*per one-hour session.  Sessions longer than one hour are billed at $115 per hour or $155* per hour. * The $155 rate applies to individual SAT/ACT tutoring sessions until the student completes through Module 4 of the online course. You will instead receive an email invoice at or after 12:01am on the day of the session.

5. Fee Changes: You will be notified by email at least 7 calendar days before a fee change occurs.

6. Failed Payments: If a charge is declined, you remain responsible for the session fee. X Factory Test Prep reserves the right to suspend future sessions until the balance is paid.

7. Updating Payment Method: You may update your payment method at any time in your Profile. Billing authorization automatically transfers to the new card.
