Tutoring Sessions

SAT and ACT Math Tutoring

• Students must be enrolled in Streamlined SAT Math and have these required supplies. Lessons from the course are assigned in between tutoring sessions.
• The course covers most of what you would have learned in the first several tutoring sessions without it. You might even decide to use the course only, and not do tutoring sessions at all!
• ACT students should also enroll in Streamlined SAT Math. Within that course, you'll get free access to the ACT course while it's being built. There is a lot of overlap, but the ACT course includes a few added sections, and all the practice/quiz questions have 4 choices. See the lesson 'ACT Workaround' (included in the Free 7-day Preview) for more information.
• Note: The course helps you quickly learn to get many more questions right, but doesn't cover everything you might be tested on - for either test. If you are already scoring high, and need to work on only the hardest questions, then tutoring is recommended as a supplement to the course.

SAT / ACT Math Tutoring options:

• Starter Pack: $585
  • Includes four 1-hour tutoring sessions and free access to Streamlined SAT Math for 6 months.
  • Required supplies
  • Complete Module 1 of the course before your first tutoring session. More is always better! For a great head start, complete through Module 4 in advance. Bring questions to the tutoring session or request practice on specific topics. Then, make progress in the course before your next tutoring session.

   Single sessions for students enrolled in Streamlined SAT Math:
  • Regular rate: $150 per 1-hour session
  • Discounted rate for students who have completed at least through Module 4: $110 per 1-hour session

Tutoring For Math Courses

1 hour session: $110

Tutoring  for school math courses, enrichment, or remediation may be booked for any of the following courses. If your course is not on this list, please email Linda to ask if she can help you.

• Calculus (AP and College level, too)
• Precalculus
• Trigonometry
• Geometry
• Algebra 1 & 2
• College Algebra

Payment

Payment is accepted by Zelle or Venmo. Information is provided once we are in contact.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must happen before 10pm Eastern Time the night before the appointment in order to avoid being charged. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full fee for the appointment.
